Return & Refund Policy
At Hayneks Hydraulic, we are committed to providing high-quality hydraulic solutions, including PTOs, hydraulic pumps, and valves. We serve a global market, from the USA to Morocco, and we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the technical and industrial nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality and safety standards.
Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria regarding hydraulic components:
Condition: The item must be unused, unmounted, and free of hydraulic fluid/oil. Once a pump or PTO has been filled with oil or mounted to a system, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging with all protective caps, manuals, and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Invoice number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-engineered products (e.g., shafts cut to specific lengths, special flange combinations).
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Products damaged due to installation errors or misuse.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process We do not accept returns without a valid RMA Number. Any package received without an RMA number clearly marked on the exterior may be refused at our warehouse.
Request an RMA: Email our support team at [[email protected]] with your Order ID, photographs of the product, and the reason for the return.
Approval: Our technical team will review your request within 8-10 business days. If approved, you will receive an RMA Number and shipping instructions.
Shipping: Pack the item securely. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
4. International Returns & Customs (Important) For customers returning items from outside of Türkiye (e.g., USA, EU, Africa):
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customs & Duties: You must mark the shipping documents clearly as “RETURNED GOODS” with the original HS Code provided on the commercial invoice.
DDP Shipment: International returns must be shipped via a trackable carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis unless the return is due to our error. Hayneks Hydraulic will not accept packages if there are unpaid customs duties or taxes upon arrival in Türkiye. Any such fees will be deducted from your refund.
5. Restocking Fee Due to the heavy industrial nature of our products and the testing required for returned items, a 20% Restocking Fee applies to all returns that are not due to a Hayneks Hydraulic error (e.g., ordering the wrong part, changing your mind).
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team:
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the part.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
7. Warranty Claims All Hayneks Hydraulic products come with a standard manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Improper installation or contamination of the hydraulic system (dirty oil).
Operation beyond rated pressure/speed specifications.
Normal wear and tear.
